Your web services are run from an enterprise level, climate controlled datacentre in Central Auckland, New Zealand. This means very fast service speeds for New Zealand users, while providing excellent international capability.

In event of a power cut or failure there is an alternate power supply to take over (Redundant Parallel Uninterruptable Power Supply). If the power is down for a long period of time a diesel generator will keep everything online.

Gas ionisation smoke and fire detector systems are in place. 

There are plenty of high speed fibre-optic connections to the Internet helping ensure everyone gets the fastest speeds possible, all the time.
