Refund Policy

ServerSnack services are backed by a 30 day money back guarantee (*see our Terms & Conditions). If you are not completely satisfied with our services or support within the first 30 days of your contract, you will be given a full refund of the monthly fees excluding any applicable setup fees, 3rd party services or overages.

Cancellation of Services

To cancel your service with ServerSnack you must give at least 30 days notice of cancellation of services (excluding Domain registration).

Notice must be made by post or fax on your company letterhead, and either signed by the account holder (the contact person listed in our records) or a company director.

Upon cancellation of services, all charges will cease at the end of your current billed period. No part credit or refund will be issued for early cancellation. Due to security concerns, all account cancellations must be confirmed by phone.

Credit will be refunded for any period after 3 months, for example, if you have 6 months of prepaid credit left, you will be refunded 3 months'.
